General information

Why can't I track my package yet with the tracking code?

It may happen that you have received a tracking code, but no updates are yet visible on the tracking page. This means that the shipping information has already been created, but the package has not yet been processed by the mail order company. Your package will usually be picked up and processed the next business day, after which you can see current updates.

What should I do in case of a delay in delivery?

Although we strive for fast delivery, delays may sometimes occur. Please check the tracking code for the most current information. If you have not received your package within 14 days of the shipping date, please contact us with your order number. We will resend your order once free of charge.

Please note: We do not contact the mail order company due to the nature of our products. We ask for your understanding and patience in this situation.

Can I order if I am under 18 years old?

No, absolutely not! You must be at least 18 years old to visit our website, create an account and place an order. An ID age check can be carried out upon delivery.

Do you also ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to the following countries:
Belgium, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Austria, Portugal, Poland, Bulgaria, Finland, Hungary, Croatia, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

Please note: Shipping to other countries is unfortunately not possible.

Are the product photos representative?

Yes, all photos on our website are of the actual products. What you see is what you get. The shape of the buds may differ slightly, but the quality always remains the same.

Is there a minimum purchase?

No, there is no minimum purchase. You can order from 1 gram to try out our products and service.

Are discounts applied automatically?

Yes, as soon as you place 3 grams or 5 grams (weed, Cali & hash) or more of one type in your shopping cart, the discount will be automatically applied.

What if a product is out of stock?

If a product is temporarily unavailable, it cannot be ordered. Once it is back in stock, you can order it again.

Can I collect my order personally?

No, that's not possible. All orders are shipped by post only.

What payment options does Budsy.nl offer?

At Budsy.nl we are happy to make it as easy as possible to pay. That is why you can choose from two safe and reliable options: pay with credit card/debit card or with cryptocurrency. Below we explain both options, so that you can choose what suits you best.

Pay with credit card or debit card

Do you want to pay quickly and without hassle? Then paying with your credit card or debit card is ideal. You simply enter your card details, and the payment is processed directly via a secure payment provider. No extra accounts, no complicated steps - just easy and trusted. Keep in mind that this method is less anonymous than crypto, but super handy if you want to order quickly. Please note: with payments with credit card or debit card, a handling fee of 8.25% will be charged because of the additional transaction costs that we have to pay. This allowance does not apply to payments with crypto.

Why not Ideal or Bancontact?

We understand that iDeal and Bancontact are widely used, but our payment provider unfortunately does not support these payment methods. That is why we cannot offer these options. We do, however, accept payments with credit card/debit card and cryptocurrency, so that you always have a safe and reliable payment method to choose from.

Pay with cryptocurrency

Are you privacy -conscious and do you want to pay anonymously? Then cryptocurrency is your best friend. At Budsy.nl we accept the following digital coins: Binance Coin (BNB), Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Solana (SOL), Tether (USDT) via ERC20 and TRC20, USD Coin (USDC) via ERC20, and Ripple.

These cryptocurrencies give you full control over your payment, without the intervention of banks or other parties. This way your privacy remains guaranteed and you pay safely and discreetly.

Are you already using a crypto-existing?

Perfect! You can use any exchange where you have an account, such as Binance, Coinbase or Bitvavo. Make sure you have enough balance in one of the accepted coins to satisfy your order.

What if my cryptocurrency payment is not processed?

First check whether your payment has been sent and it is not still "pending" in the exchange from which you have paid. Also don't forget that you have to transfer the full amount including any transaction costs. Are you unable to get out of it? Contact us and state your order number, we will help you quickly.

How long do I have to pay my cryptocurrency payment?

You have 2 hours to pay for your order after you have clicked on "checkout". Does your payment come in later? No problem, send us a message.

Do I get a confirmation?

Certainly! Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email immediately. That way you know for sure that everything went well.

Your order will be packed in 3-layer airtight packaging and shipped in a blank envelope or letterbox box for maximum discretion.

Are all packages shipped with a tracking code?

Yes, all packages are shipped with a tracking code as standard. This allows you to track your order and see exactly when it will be delivered.

What are the shipping costs?

  • Netherlands: €4.50
  • Abroad: €12.00 to €21.50, depending on the country.

Free shipping:

  • Netherlands: Orders from €100.
  • International: Orders from €200.

For orders above these amounts, shipping costs will be completely waived. You will still receive a tracking code for your package.

When will my order be shipped?

What is the average delivery time?

  • Netherlands: 1-2 working days.
  • Belgium & Germany: 2-4 working days.
  • Other European countries: 3-10 working days.

What if my package is not delivered?

If your package has not been delivered after 14 days and the tracking code does not show any updates, please contact us with your order number.

Please note: If a package is labeled as "delivered", it will not be reshipped.
